Below is an example of a bad question and suggestions on how it could be improved.

Bad question: I've tried a million times but still can't upload iclicker grades to Moodle! What do I do now?

  1. Be specific
I exported grades to a file using the "export selected session as CSV" button in iGrader. I then created an offline activity in Moodle, went into Moodle Grades and tried uploading the CSV file using the "import" tab. However, when I click on "upload grades", I get an error: "user mapping error, could not find user with id 'jdoe'". Am I doing something wrong?
  2. Include URLs or links, if applicable
The address of the page on which I experienced the above problem is http://moodle.uvic.ca/grade/import/csv/index.php.
  3. Attach files, if applicable
Please find attached the CSV file that I produced with iGrader and which I'm trying to import into the Moodle gradebook.
